Dev3pack (“Dev3pack”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Services. For questions about this policy or your personal information, contact us at contact@dev3pack.xyz.

We collect information you provide directly, including:

• account details such as your name, email address, username, and authentication details;
• profile and participation details such as your photo, bio, location, education, skills, social links, and wallet address if you choose to connect one;
• program, bootcamp, accelerator, chapter, and hackathon applications, submissions, projects, teams, and communications;
• files and media you upload, including profile images and project materials; and
• messages or requests you send to us.

We also collect limited technical and usage information, such as activity within the Services, device and browser information, and push-notification device tokens and preferences when you opt in on iOS.

Paid program payments are processed by Stripe. Dev3pack does not receive or store your full card number or payment credentials. We receive payment-related information needed to confirm enrolment, issue a receipt, prevent fraud, and handle refunds, such as payment status, amount, currency, and Stripe transaction references. Stripe processes information under its own privacy policy.

We use information to:

• provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Services;
• create and manage accounts, applications, enrolments, projects, teams, and community participation;
• process program payments and send receipts;
• send service, program, deadline, and community communications, including push notifications where you opt in;
• measure service use and improve programs and community experiences;
• enforce our rules, prevent abuse or fraud, and comply with legal obligations; and
• respond to your requests and support needs.

We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers that help us operate the Services, including Convex for application data and file storage, Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Vercel for hosting and analytics, and Apple for iOS push notifications. These providers process information to provide services to us.

Information you choose to make public—such as your public profile, social card, project, or directory listing—may be visible to other members and the public. Program administrators, mentors, judges, chapter leads, and partners may receive information necessary to run the relevant program. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect people and our rights, or as part of a corporate reorganisation.

You can update many profile and visibility settings in the Services. You can delete your Dev3pack account in Settings → Account. You may opt out of push notifications in the app or your device settings. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of your personal information. Contact us at contact@dev3pack.xyz to make a request. We may need to verify your identity and retain certain information where required for legitimate operational, security, payment, or legal purposes.

We retain information for as long as needed to operate the Services, support programs, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and maintain appropriate records. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Dev3pack operates globally, so information may be processed in countries other than yours. The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us so we can review the request.

We may update this policy as our Services or legal obligations change. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
